The railway station at Trimley is located in the village of Trimley St Mary, also serving the adjacent village of Trimley St Martin. The station is easily accessible from Junction 59 of the A14. Trimley station enjoys an hourly service on the line between Ipswich and Felixstowe; connections to London Liverpool Street, Norwich, Cambridge, and Peterborough are easily made at Ipswich Station which is only 22 minutes away by rail.
