Melton
Melton station is 1 1/2 miles east of
Woodbridge on the A1152. Bus Connections to the Sutton Hoo National
Trust Site, Hollesley Bay, Bawdsey and Orford are easily made at the station. During
the summer Melton Station is a stop on the Woodbridge open top
bus tour, which calls at the station two days a week on its
way to Sutton Hoo. Melton Station is unstaffed and now houses a popular butcher
shop and taxi
office.
