Railwayman's Weekend at Beccles Museum
  
As part of its new exhibit celebrating the 150th birthday of the East Suffolk Line (see separate story here) the Beccles and District Museum is holding a special Railwayman's Weekend this Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th June.

The museum is hoping that as many people who worked on the railway will have a chance stop by and share some of their memories. The special event is open to everyone, from those who have travelled the line or just have an interest. If you have any photos or any other items of interest you are welcome to bring them along.

Additional East Suffolk Line memorabilia will be on display which looks back to the past, ensuring that memories are preserved for the future.

The museum will be open between 11.00am and 5.00pm on both days. Entry is free, but donations are always welcome.
